What is the control panel?
Our control panel is a user-friendly interface that allows you to manage your server settings, install plugins, and monitor performance. It provides you with full control and flexibility to customize your Minecraft server.
What plan is best for my server?
It depends on your needs for a small server with a few friends a 4 gig plan may be enough but if you plan on a modded server or have many members we recommend 8 gigs or above.
What types of Minecraft servers can I host?
We can run minecraft servers of any version on sponge, forge, vanilla, bungeecord or paper and if that's not enough you can upload your own custom .jar file
Do you support different versions of Minecraft?
Yes! you can pick what version of Minecraft you want your server to be in your control panel.
How many players can my server support?
This depends on your plan but do remember even with the option to host a lot of players it may end up causing your server to start to lag.
What kind of support do you offer if I encounter issues with my server?

Do you provide DDoS protection for my server?
Of course we provide full DDoS protection on all of are servers.
Can I customize my server settings and mods?
All mods and plugins can be changed in the server settings just drag and drop the files into the mods section of the UI.
Is there a limit on server uptime?
Nope there no limits for server uptime however we recommend shutting down the server when no ones online as this will help with performance.
Do you offer automatic backups for my server data?
Automatic backups are taken twice a week or can be taken manually in the backups page on the control panel.
Do you provide tutorials or guides for setting up and managing my server?
We sure do! Check out our YouTube channel and other social media @sheep hosting for any necessary help to start your Minecraft adventure. Are there any restrictions on content or activities on my server?
As long as you keep to Minecraft's EULA and don't do anything illegal we offer no restrictions for more info see our terms of use and Minecraft's EULA.
What is your policy on server maintenance and updates?
You will be sent an email at times of server maintenance and will be informed before hand.
Do you offer dedicated IP addresses for my server?
Absolutely, dedicated IPs can be set from our control panel.
Can I transfer an existing Minecraft world to your hosting service?
Sure just drag and drop the world files into the file section of the control panel.
How secure is my server data with your hosting service?
We share your Data with no third parties it will be secured on our servers.
